Just got home from the hospital. Had a mini stroke, but am doing fine. Will be moving downstairs next weekend, so no blog post until October 5. Hope to see you all, then.

Hugs to you, Linda!
Thanks, Patty. Hugs right back at you.
OMG! I leave the scene for a week or two and now you’ve had a stroke. Cut that out! It’s scary. Now, on a serious note. I hope you are recovering very well and quickly. Looking forward to having you back. (But don’t rush anything but what suits your welfare, OK?) ♥♥
Thanks, Caity. The tests came back normal, but will try to behave myself from here on out. 😀
We’ll have none of that, young lady! 🙂 Hugs, and feel better!
Thanks leftwing, I’m trying to behave.
Best wishes to you! Stay well and take it easy!
Thanks wit. Haven’t slept this much in ages. 😀
Feel better, Linda! Peace, Ik
Thanks Erik. Hugs.
Hi Linda, hope everything turns well. Take care of your health and relax.
Thanks Silvia, will do.
Dear Linda, I wish you all the best. Your blog is fantastic.
Thanks Aurora.
Take care of yourself as best you can Linda. We need you wonderful example of “standing in the gap” with your blog posts and your self. Sending good vibes your way. Love ya. Diane
Thanks Diane. Appreciate those good vibes.
Linda, glad to hear you are doing well dealing with that setback and feeling up to proceeding with plans. I have had a sad time lately as a favorite BIL died. He was in vigorous health, but despite annual checkups his prostate grew a tumor that got into his bones. It was fast and he was a trooper to the end. The memorial is tomorrow. Damn.
Hi Grave, so sorry to hear about your BIL. Just got reconnected to the internet today, so I apologize for not seeing this sooner. Apparently God and AT&T both work in mysterious ways. Sending you a big virtual hug.
Sending healing wishes to you, Linda. Hope you’re back at it soon!
Thank you, jj. Tired from moving, but had good friends to help.
Linda, have followed your blog for quite some time now, but haven’t been a frequent participant. But I love what you have to say and have frequently shared with many of my friends. I am so sorry to hear you had a mini stroke, but very glad you appear to be on the mend. Take care of yourself and look forward to hearing from you again as soon as you feel up to it. I very much value your insights and comments,. You are rife with ‘truthiness’ as Colbert would say.
Thanks Alexia. Just got internet up and running today, but will be back blogging the fifth.
Good vibes
Thanks Herc. I know they helped.
Linda, I’m so sorry! I think our “tragic consciousness” adds to our stress levels, which certainly can’t help. Here’s hoping you get lots of healing rest, and your new digs support your staying healthy.
Thank you Thrivalista. Doing fine and from the sounds from our nutty Congress, not a moment too soon. 😀
Started a city clerk job in town and have missed your blogs in Sept. Sending warm hugs and caring vibes toward you in your healing. You are a very special person to so many of us – You help us keep the empire in perspective!
Thanks, Nadia. Enjoy your new job.
